Store and ordering process

Fitness Beast Athletics offers activewear through availability requests, confirmed orders, and selected pre-orders. Submitting a request does not create a purchase. We confirm availability, specifications, price, taxes, shipping, and the expected fulfillment schedule. Customers may wait for confirmation before paying or choose to pay in advance through an official payment link.

Pricing and payment

Prices are confirmed before an order is accepted. Customers must use the official payment links shown on this site. PayPal and, when enabled, Stripe process payment details. An advance payment does not guarantee item availability or order acceptance. Orders may be refused or canceled for pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable products, or inability to fulfill; any captured payment for a canceled order will be refunded through the original payment provider.

Customer information

You agree to provide accurate contact, sizing, shipping, and order information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Intellectual property

Fitness Beast Athletics names, logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, and site content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission, except where another owner’s rights apply.

Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitness Beast Athletics is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Tennessee law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where a customer lives.
