SHIPPING POLICY.

Before payment

Availability, processing time, shipping method, shipping cost, and an estimated shipment window will be confirmed before payment. Do not submit payment until you receive order confirmation from Fitness Beast Athletics.

Processing and delivery

In-stock and made-to-order items may have different processing times. Delivery estimates begin after shipment and are not guaranteed by Fitness Beast Athletics. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised at purchase, we will notify you and provide the choice required by applicable law, including agreeing to the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.

Addresses and delivery problems

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if tracking shows a problem. Carrier delays, theft after confirmed delivery, or address errors will be reviewed individually, but replacements are not automatic.

United States shipping

The store currently accepts requests for United States delivery unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing before payment.
