When you submit an item request, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, quantity, requested collection, item, size, preferred color, notes, and any reference photo you choose to upload. Basic technical information may also be processed to operate and protect the site.

How we use it

We use this information to answer requests, confirm availability, prepare and fulfill orders, provide customer service, prevent misuse, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.

New-drop emails

If you tick the optional new-drop email checkbox, we save your email address, name, and signup time to send F8A release updates. Reserving a suit without ticking it does not subscribe you. Unsubscribe by emailing fitnessbeastglobal@gmail.com.

Payments

Payments are completed on PayPal or, when enabled, Stripe. Fitness Beast Athletics does not receive or store your complete card or bank-account number. Payment providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with providers that support website hosting, payments, email, order fulfillment, shipping, security, and legal compliance. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, the business, or others.

Retention and security

We keep request and order information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, fulfillment, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained for payment, tax, dispute, or other legal purposes.

Children

This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the store or applicable requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
