PRE-ORDER POLICY.

What a pre-order means

A pre-order reserves an item that is not ready for immediate shipment. The product page may display a season or general release period, but you will receive an estimated shipment window before payment.

Reserve now, pay when confirmed

Submitting a reservation request is free and does not guarantee inventory. We contact you with availability, the full price including shipping, and an estimated delivery window covering supplier delivery to us and shipping to you. Pay only after you receive our confirmation and secure payment instructions. We then purchase the suit, inspect it, and ship it with tracking. You may withdraw an unpaid request at any time by emailing us.

Production timing

Pre-order timing may change because of manufacturing, inspection, transportation, or supply issues. We’ll communicate known schedule changes and provide updated shipping information.

Delays and cancellation rights

If the order cannot ship within the timeframe promised at purchase, we will notify you and offer the legally required choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Customer-requested cancellation

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund before production is committed. After production begins, cancellation may be unavailable unless required by law or the shipment is delayed beyond the agreed timeframe.

Separate shipments

If a pre-order is purchased with another item, products may ship separately. Any additional shipping charge will be disclosed before payment.
